The Role
- Support Account Executives with managing a portfolio of commercial clients
- Process renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
- Liaise with clients to collect underwriting information and ensure a smooth service
- Negotiate terms and cover with insurers to secure the best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and regulatory standards
- Assist with claims communication between clients and internal teams
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Who They're Looking For
- Experience in commercial insurance account handling
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent client service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with FCA compliance and insurance processes
