The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker with experience in crafting targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, promote inclusivity, and elevate brand awareness. This is a great opportunity for someone from a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing, Sales and Marketing, Head of Marketing or similar role

THE PERSON:

  • Must have experience in successful campaigns that show significant B2C sales growth.
  • Passionate and strategic marketer
  • Strong understanding of B2C sales marketing
  • Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media tools, email marketing platforms, etc.)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate with diverse teams, and engage external partners effectively.
  • Empathy, creativity, and a commitment to raising awareness

THE ROLE:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive consumer engagement and sales growth
  • Identify target segments, analyse consumer behaviours, and create tailored campaigns to increase brand presence and sales.
  • Track, measure, and optimise the performance of sales initiatives to ensure growth and ROI.
  • Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content across various platforms (website, social media, email, blogs, etc.)
  • Increase brand visibility by identifying strategic partnerships and alliances with advocacy groups, influencers, and organisations.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to support new product launches, seasonal promotions, and long-term brand goals.
  • Leverage analytics tools to assess campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimise future strategies.
  • Use insights to shape marketing strategies and continuously innovate to meet consumer expectations.
