Get Recruited are supporting a successful award winning business who are looking for an Inbound Sales / Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Benefiting from excellent company culture and working within a supportive company, this is a fantastic opportunity to act as the main point of contact to clients, handle customer queries and process sales orders. If you are an experienced Inbound Sales Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator or similar, this opportunity is not to be missed!

THE INBOUND SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:

  • Handling inbound customer queries
  • Processing orders for clients and ensuring customer requirements are referred to the relevant teams internally
  • Sending out quotes to customers
  • Building strong relationships with existing and previous customers
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and customers
  • Logging all activity accurately
  • Dealing with inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries

THE PERSON:

  • At least 1 years experience within a Inbound Sales Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Sales Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Sales Support or similar role
  • Confident to build relationships with clients and customers
  • Happy to speak with clients and customers over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills
