THE DIGITAL MARKETING / ECOMMERCE MANAGER ROLE:
- Manage ecommerce, marketplaces and performance marketing channels across PPC, SEO, affiliates and email marketing.
- Reviewing the online user experience and analytics data to help execute and analyse opportunities and improvements.
- Review the performance marketing activities to increase brand awareness, sales and generate new leads
- Assist with the creation and execution of online content to website user experience.
- Make improvements to eBay and Amazon product listings, to drive sales using Helium 10
- Using Adobe Magento to maintain website data
- Running marketing and sales reports
- Work with the digital agencies to maintain the website and work to digital marketing budgets
THE PERSON:
- 5 years experience in a Ecommerce / Digital Marketing role
- Experience using Magento
- Experience using Amazon or Ebay Marketplace
- Experience using GA4, Hot Jar and SEM Rush
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Affiliate
- Strong analytical skills
