Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Executive
Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Commission-Based Bonus
Are you an experienced Commercial Insurance professional seeking a flexible work arrangement? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join our client's team in Central Manchester, offering a hybrid working model that blends office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage for clients.
- Utilize your industry knowledge to advise clients on risk management strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- 10 years' experience in Commercial Insurance Broking.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth.
- Familiarity with Acturis software is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., ACII) are preferred.
