Get Recruited is working with a well-established Motor insurance company who are looking to add an Administrator to their Expanding team. If you have experience in Administration, Reception, Customer Service, Finance or any office-based work and are looking to fast track your career in a rewarding business, this opportunity is not to be missed!
THE ROLE:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Producing and directing Invoice Packs
- Representing Penalty Charge Notices
- Liaising with clients and external working partners
- Assisting the Accountants with general duties
THE PERSON:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Especially Excel
- Experience using Sage Accounts is preferable but not essential
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
