They are looking to add another member to their Finance team working on SME accounts. They are looking for someone with experience in handling a range of accounting tasks.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the Finance team to provide administration support to the team and external clients.
- Call clients and Insurers with regards to outstanding invoices.
- Process and reconcile invoices, expenses, and bank statements.
- Answer inbound queries from Insurers and Clients with regards to invoices.
- Communicate with internal departments to gather necessary information and provide updates on financial matters.
- Analyse financial documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive financial process.
- Support the wider team as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
