As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be joining a team of highly experienced recruiters that have a track record of billing over £300k+ per year in recruitment revenue, which has resulted to commission payments that exceed £10k+ per month on top of their base salary.
We'll invest in you from the start through as you'll be enrolled in an ongoing training programme to enable you to reach each career milestone, and you'll receive 1:1 mentoring from one of the businesses top performers. The successful candidate will initially focus on Candidate Resourcing / Resourcer driven activities before progressively into a full 360 recruitment position.
Whilst we'll support you, to truly succeed, you'll need to have genuine ambition, confidence, excellent communication skills, be career focused, positive attitude, financially driven, have relentless drive, be a true professional and have a no fear mentality.
If you've worked in a customer facing role such as Sales, Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality where being a great communicator is essential, and you've got the attributes described above, then we'd love to hear from you.

- Base salary up to £25,000 per annum

THE PERSON:
- Must have experience within a Customer Facing position, such as; Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Sales, Recruitment or similar
- A genuine interest in entering the recruitment industry who is serious about a career in the sector
- Confident individual, coupled with professionalism and have excellent natural communication skills
- No fear attitude who determined to become a big success
- You'll need to be financially driven, career focused, and someone who is self-motivated to take their future into their own hands
- Financially driven and ambitious individual who is career focused
- Not afraid of tech… we use the best Tech, so you'll need to be able to pick this up with our training and support
