TRAINEE B2B INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE

MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE

UP TO £18,000 BASIC, OTE: £36,000+ (Uncapped)

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be…

  • Working part of our Internal Sales Team and will be involved in proactively making outbound sales approaches to prospective clients and handling inbound enquiries in response to our marketing activities
  • Undertaking research to identify businesses who are looking to recruit personnel and targeting via Telephone, Email & LinkedIn to promote our services
  • Attending business networking groups in Manchester City Centre to meet likeminded professionals with a view gaining referrals for our services
  • Negotiating terms with clients and preparing documentation to confirm the agreements
  • Qualifying the creditworthiness of clients by using our credit checking tools
  • Working closely with our Account Management team to onboard new clients by sharing intelligence gathered during the sales call to aid the placement of the vacancies
  • Attending weekly sales meetings and contributing constructively

THE PERSON:

The successful candidate will need have either experience in Sales OR be a recent graduate educated to degree standard. Above and beyond experience, we are looking for the following;

  • Great verbal & written communication skills with the confidence to liaise with Director level contacts
  • Career driven individual that is looking to quickly progress with an expanding organisation
  • A proven track record of hitting business objectives and driving own performance
  • Outgoing personality that can demonstrate both drive & resilience
