Get-Recruited are supporting an exciting, rapidly expanding company based in Frimley who are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join their growing sales team.
As the Telesales Executive, you will play an instrumental part in the growth of a rapidly expanding business. You will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients, managing the sales process from start to finish and maintaining a sales pipeline.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to progress within a dynamic business, where you will enjoy uncapped commission and genuine career progress as the company grows.
Candidate must have at least 1 years experience in a B2B Sales Environment to apply.
- Generating your own leads
- Calling prospective new clients to introduce the business and services
- Offering a consultative approach to sales
- Handling objections before negotiating contracts and closing the sale
- Building and maintaining great relationships with prospects and clients
- Following up on in-coming enquires
- Keeping in touch via different methods
- Schedule follow up calls
- Looking after existing clients and offering them excellent customer service skills at all times
- Basic salary of £25,000
- Uncapped commission OTE £50,000

- Minimum of 1 years experience within a telesales position
- Experience in a target driven B2B sales
- Able to handle to pressure of sales in a positive mind set
- Experienced in building and growing a pipeline in the new and repeat business
