SENIOR MEDIA SALES EXECUTIVE

SURREY

£30,000 - £35,000 + COMMISSION

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a widely respected LGBT Media Company in the leafy and picturesque area of Surrey.

SENIOR MEDIA SALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As the Senior Media Sales Executive, you will inherit a lucrative base of existing clients, but will also be responsible for generating your own leads to contact
  • Cold calling prospective clients, arranging face to face meetings to showcase the product
  • Managing your own diary to ensure the most effective use of your time
  • Pitching the product, before negotiating contracts and closing the sale
  • Adhere to the company's sales strategy to ensure that all targets are met
  • Ensuring that all administrative duties are completed
  • Carrying out ad hoc duties as required

MEDIA SALES EXECUTIVE PERSON SPECIFICATION:

This role would be perfect for someone who has had experience in one or any of the following roles; "Telesales Executive" OR "Lead Generator" OR "Appointment Maker" OR "Business Development Manager" OR "Internal Sales Executive" "B2B Telesales" OR "Inside Sales Executive" OR "New Business Sales" OR "Sales Executive" OR "Membership sales" within the Media or Publishing Sector

My client is looking for a highly motivated, career driven Media Sales Executive with the following experience;

  • You must be confident, articulate, literate and full of enthusiasm and energy.
  • Experience within media, delegate or digital sales is highly desirable but applicants from all sectors are welcome
  • Target driven and highly motivated
  • Proven experience of prospecting and delivering new business
  • Customer focused with a track record of success
  • Understanding of LGBT Issues and Media
