THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're recruiting for a well-respected business that due to expansion is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join the team. They pride themselves on their company values and culture and offer fantastic long-term prospects. You will be given autonomy over the Digital Marketing but be supported in doing so and be able to work as part of a highly driven, successful and fun team.
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be working closely with agencies to deliver the digital marketing strategy and calendar across all channels. The successful candidate will need experience as Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Assistant level as you'll be involved in the full marketing mix. THE SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE:
- Creating engaging written content for multi-channel campaigns including website, social media, brochures and email
- Writing content to maximise SEO
- Creating basic visual content including images and videos
- Keeping the website and landing pages up to date
- Executing paid advert campaigns across Google, LinkedIn & Meta
- Conducting analysis of campaigns and using results to inform and influence future campaigns
- Managing agencies to deliver campaigns around SEO, PPC, graphic design, video production etc
- Ensuring agencies are given on brand briefs and deliver on projects on time and with high-quality content
- Consistently identifying areas of improvement across the marketing function
- Bringing new ideas to the table based on competitor analysis and market research
THE PERSON:
- Experience as a Marketing Executive / Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Assistant or similar
- Previous experience in a broad marketing role covering content writing, social media, email marketing, website management etc
- Highly organised individual who can coordinate projects and get involved in hands-on delivery
- A highly confident individual who can effectively communicate at all levels
