THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are recruiting for a leading international non-profit organisation who support senior marketing individuals to further their career and who are dedicated to making a positive impact on global brands. Currently seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Managing Director and work with leading global brands. This role is a highly varied role where every day is different, this is a great opportunity for someone who creative and isn't afraid to get stuck in and make a positive impact!
THE ROLE:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and communication plans for global programs, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and branding guidelines.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube) campaigns and event promotion.
- Create compelling content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to maximise program visibility and engage target audiences.
- Monitor and analyse marketing and communication metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and media coverage, to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Integration and management of Salesforce CRM platform and overseeing all direct communication through Salesforce.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies to increase engagement.
- Provide guidance and support across the team, helping with programs to support your colleagues when needed.
THE PERSON:
- This is a great opportunity for someone who worked in a Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager, Global Marketing Manager type of role.
- Experience working in a entrepreneurial/non-profit/charity is a bonus.
- Strong track record in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools, including social media management, email marketing platforms, and web analytics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different regions.
- Be extremely creative with limited time and resources.
