Get Recruited is working with a vibrant and expanding Consultancy close to the heart of Manchester City Centre who are looking to expand their existing team with an experienced Senior Administrator.
As a Senior Administrator you will be supporting a team of HR Professionals with the day to day administration processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to develop their career within a rapidly expanding business.
- Supporting colleagues with various administrative tasks
- Reviewing and implementing the administrative systems across the business and streamlining any procedures
- Updating template documents on a regular basis
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Liaising with and updating clients
- Working towards deadlines on various administration projects
- Drafting communications and materials for clients
- Providing lower level HR support to clients
- Previous experience within a similar Administration/Office Management role, ideally with a knowledge of HR
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload and work to deadlines
- Confident to implement new policies and procedures
