You will be working closely with clients, building and maintaining business relationships and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional results for clients. THE ROLE:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Learn and develop a deep understanding of products and services.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities.
THE PERSON:
- Prior experience in a Sales Executive, Trainee Sales Executive or Customer Service is a plus but not mandatory.
- A passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career.
- Having an interest in technology is a bonus.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
