Sales Consultant/Telemarketing - (Inbound)
£20,000 - £23,000 plus uncapped commission
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Early Finish on Friday (No Weekends)
Dealing with inbound B2B calls. We are not a typical call centre environment. We give you room to breathe and manage your own KPI's knowing that your own input will heavily influence your success and earnings. Of course, we have guidance and best practice advice and understand there is always the capacity to learn and improve. Our team self-manage more than be managed.
We are based in fantastic, airy, spacious and modern office in central Altrincham.
- Business to Business sales experience
- Speak to senior managers and directors in both big and small organisations
- Be able to convey personal credibility, creating instant impact.
- Have enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Be attentive and aware, listening more than speaking.
- Enjoy conversing on the telephone and the excitement of connecting with others.
- Be dynamic, motivated and care about what others want.
- Be sensitive to and driven by our customers' needs.
- Have outstanding communication skills.
- Adaptable to change campaigns frequently
- Able and happy to contribute to workshops about continuous improvement and make suggestions for changes to calling guides
- Generating sales-ready opportunities from outbound calling.
- Ensuring each appointment is well qualified and an opportunity for the inbound sales team.
- Following up campaigns and warm leads.
- Creating robust, reliable data lists for sales and marketing campaigns.
- Profiling and researching prospective customers.
