Get Recruited is working with a leading supplier who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their established Export team.
This role offers a good mix of customer services and administrative support, Ideally an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate, with a background in both customer services and administration.
- Chasing order progress and communicating lead times to customers
- Dealing with order queries and alterations
- Checking and dispatching orders
- Scheduling delivery via an online transport portal
- Regular telephone contact with own accounts to manage and develop relationships
- Order entry and progression within a busy manufacturing environment
- Close contact and regular liaison with internal departments to progress orders
- Stock management and reporting
- Previous experience within a Sales Administration/Customer Service/Call Centre/Inbound
- Confident to build strong working relationships with clients
- Good communicator
- Proficient IT skills
- Work well under pressure
