Upon joining us as a Recruitment Consultant, we'll agree with you a personalised development plan with ongoing training, coaching and support to enable you to progress quickly with the business, and take advantage of our rewarding commission structure which pays up to 30%. (we've seen 10k + comms in one month)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR...
- You'll need current experience of working within a recruitment agency in either a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Account Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant position
- Be able to demonstrate that you've got a proven billing track record and/or a clear personal drive & ambition to be a highly successful, top earning recruiter
- Open minded to specialising in one of the following areas of permanent recruitment; Insurance, Sales, Marketing, Accounts & Finance, IT or Business Support
