My client are a very successful family-run finance broker who have a new vacancy for an administrator who can join the team to support the sales team and assistant with finance and accounts.
We are ideally looking for candidates whom have previously worked in a similar close knit work environment and are capable of managing the work flow.
- Preparation of finance documentation for completion
- Updating CRM system as required
- Using Sage 50 for finance related tasks i.e. Bank reconciliation, VAT Returns etc
- Creditor and debtor management, loading both sales and purchase orders onto Sage
- Supplier liaison i.e. arranging insurance renewals for the business, utilities etc.
- Highly skilled in Sage line 50
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient Microsoft package knowledge with particular focus on Excel
- Previous experience of using social media channels is beneficial
- Providing sales support by email marketing
