£45,000 Plus Benefits

Manchester City Centre

Profit Scheme

Performance Related Bonus up to £10,000 plus a year

My client a rapidly growing business service provider within legal and financial services are recruiting. Their expertise and innovation provides market leading risk management solutions to clients.

Rapid expansion means they are now seeking an innovative individual who aspires to be the Operations Manager.

Achieving demands for consistently high quality is key. People skills are just as important as technical ability, but for the right person the company offer an exciting and rewarding role within a highly entrepreneurial business.

Responsibilities:

Lead the operational delivery of the firm's services including:

  • Consistently inspiring the firm's people focussed culture
  • Ensuring delivery of the firm's training and competence scheme
  • Leading employees to maximum performance
  • Achieving continuous improvement in customer service and quality management
  • Ensuring the delivery of service level agreements
  • Lead resource planning and management, including human resource management
  • Delivery of the firm's quality management framework

Report to the Chief Executive Office on:

  • Key Performance Indicators and other management information
  • Proposals for policy, procedure and product changes
  • To lead the delivery of change management
  • To lead client and supplier relationships across the firm
  • Business planning, New product development
  • Policy and procedure development
  • Developing programmes of change management

Skills Required:

  • Strategic planning and business development
  • Data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Competent in financial analysis and management
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

Experience Required:

  • Leading teams
  • Financial Service's experience, Compliance or Risk Management
  • Lead teams of managers and supervisors
  • Experience in SMEs
  • Experience in entrepreneurial businesses
  • Fast based multi-faceted business
  • BIB/B2C services
  • Regulated environment would be a plus
  • Delivering consultancy based services would be a plus
