Get-Recruited are supporting one of their clients based in Wythenshawe who are hiring an experienced Office Administrator to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role is a varied role so the ideal candidate must have experience with invoicing, stock management and sales and purchase orders.
This is an exciting time to start a well-established company who are expanding.
If you can speak Mandarin this would be a bonus and if you have used SAGE before.
- Undertake day to day Administrative tasks
- Ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently
- Bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants
- Reception service, if required
- Record keeping & invoicing
- Involved with the sales & purchase orders
- Stock managements
- Physical distribution and logistics
- Provide excellent customer service over the telephone & emails dealing with enquiries from customers & suppliers
- Liaising with warehouse & hauliers
- Experience within an Administration role previously
- Someone from a business background is preferred
- Mandarin speaking is preferred
- Experience using SAGE
- Someone who can use their own initiative
- Hard working
