    MANDARIN SPEAKING ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

    MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE

    Up to £25,000 + Great Benefits + Excellent Location

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mandarin Speaking Accounts Assistant to join a market-leading, global business based in fantastic City Centre offices.

    The role will involve invoicing various clients using Sage 50 and handling accounting queries.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Bookkeeping on Sage
    • Preparation and filing of VAT returns
    • Preparation of management accounts
    • Some banking
    • Some Company Secretarial work
    • Sales ledger and billing
    • Assistance with budgets
    • Purchase ledger
    • Manage active bank accounts in pounds sterling and foreign currencies
    • Credit control
    • Intercompany transactions
    • Some month end processes

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Experienced bookkeeper
    • Fluent in Mandarin and English
    • Fully conversant in Sage
    • Experienced Microsoft Excel user
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Be able to organise your own time
    • Be able to work independently as well as part of a small team
