    KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

    Bournemouth

    £35,000 + Bonus + Great Benefits

    Fantastic opportunity for a talented media Key Account Manager you will be responsible for driving sales performance through ongoing administrative support and engaging with existing and new clients to support the growth of the business. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.

    You will need to identify new business opportunities within new markets and growth areas, developing relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to improve profitability and strategic growth.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products;
    • Advise prospects and clients on all aspects of the services;
    • Developing quotes and proposals;
    • Create and maintain a sales pipeline;
    • Generate leads and cold call prospective clients;
    • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person;
    • Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements;
    • Attending conferences, meetings and social network events;
    • Lead and execute professional sales campaigns into target organisations;
    • Identify and target key decision makers;
    • Internal management of clients/prospects;
    • Maintain business relationships with prospect accounts;
    • Achieve monthly targets

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Decisive and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and personal influence;
    • Strong presentation skills and the ability to drive and contribute to changes in the client business which supports value-add initiatives;
    • Able to show a real understanding and empathy with user requirements producing a proactive/innovative approach to meeting customer expectations;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong long-term relationships at all levels both internally and externally;
    • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
    • Outstanding communication skills;
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
