SALES ADMINISTRATOR - 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
£18,500 - £19,000 PA
Our client, established for 30+ years are one of the UK's leading suppliers of plumbing, heating and solar products. Their innovative products are industry leading, resulting in them being a highly sought-after employer in the sector.
They are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Sales Admin Support team. This fantastic opportunity is providing 12-month maternity cover - which could hopefully lead to further opportunities elsewhere within the organisation.
- Promptly prepare quotes for customers ensuring all information is accurate
- Maintain product price matrix and process orders through SAP system
- Efficiently deal with customers enquiries including monitoring and updating order delivery details
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to support customer accounts
- To prepare customer invoices on a daily basis ensuring details are correct
- Experience in Sales Order Processing/ Sales Support Admin role previously
- Microsoft Office/ CRM/ SAP system experience is beneficial
- High level of accuracy of order processing and data entry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficient in English writing and grammar
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Working for one of the UK's leading suppliers of plumbing, heating and solar products
- Possible opportunity to developing into further opportunities once the fixed term contract is completed
