Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading Insurance Group based in Cambridge who, due to exponential growth, have an exciting opportunity for a career driven individual to join their team as an Insurance Account Handler.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, career driven Insurance Account Handler who is seeking the opportunity to work for a reputable, well established company who are offering fantastic earning potential and real opportunities for progression.
- Handle a full range of business across all classes
- Receive enquiries from existing clients, recommendations and web enquiries
- Act as the client's first point of contact for cover queries and mid-term adjustments
- Negotiate with insurers, gaining quotes for additional insurances
- Utilise your knowledge of insurance policies and companies to recommend plans to customers
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- A minimum of 2 years experience within an Insurance Account Handler role
- CII Qualification is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administration and computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Up to £35,000 basic salary
