My client has a two-new exciting opportunity for a HR Officers to join their team in Middlesex

This is a unique opportunity for two enthusiastic, experienced and pro-active HR Officers to join our small, professional team.

Duties:

You will have wide responsibility for co-ordinating and managing the recruitment, selection, appointment, documentation and training of our highly skilled clinical Associates, liaising with managers and staff across the organisation. This will suit someone who has worked with both employees and self-employed professionals (perhaps legal or medical) and is ready to take on a new level of responsibility.

The roles will support a small but workforce, this will involve advising managers on recruitment, a complex mixture of employment terms and pay rates, distance management, performance, attendance, good practice and a whole host of other queries. Experience of care support would be useful.

Reporting to the HR Manager, both positions will also be providing support across the whole HR function.

Skills Required:

You will need to be a highly organised co-ordinator, very attentive to detail

CIPD qualified (or part-qualified), have a solid understanding of good HR practice and a background in recruitment and HR administration, preferably including contracts, timesheets/payroll administration etc.

Experience in the health/care sectors would be useful and/or of working in an SME.
