THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is working with a well-established and expanding business based in Blackburn who have a fantastic opportunity for an experience HR Administrator to join their growing team. Recognised as an industry leader and a highly reputable employer, the HR Administrator will support the HR team with main administrative duties.

THE HR ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

  • Supporting the HR Director in all aspects of HR and administration to support the function
  • Preparing and sending offer letters and contracts of employment
  • Running new starter inductions
  • Conducting pre-employment checks and referencing
  • Managing internal recruitment and coordinating with agencies
  • Ensuring the HR system is kept up to date
  • Scheduling performance reviews
  • Ensuring all paperwork is collected and any changes or adjustments made for monthly payroll
  • Assisting with the administration of key HR processes

THE PERSON:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in the HR area
  • Experience in or strong knowledge or HR
  • Experience in supporting recruitment
  • Confident to manage a busy workload
