Get Recruited is working with a well-established and expanding business based in Blackburn who have a fantastic opportunity for an experience HR Administrator to join their growing team. Recognised as an industry leader and a highly reputable employer, the HR Administrator will support the HR team with main administrative duties.

THE HR ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
- Supporting the HR Director in all aspects of HR and administration to support the function
- Preparing and sending offer letters and contracts of employment
- Running new starter inductions
- Conducting pre-employment checks and referencing
- Managing internal recruitment and coordinating with agencies
- Ensuring the HR system is kept up to date
- Scheduling performance reviews
- Ensuring all paperwork is collected and any changes or adjustments made for monthly payroll
- Assisting with the administration of key HR processes
THE PERSON:
- Minimum of 2 years working in the HR area
- Experience in or strong knowledge or HR
- Experience in supporting recruitment
- Confident to manage a busy workload
