    HOTEL SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES MANAGER

    PARIS

    UP TO €35,000 + COMMISSION + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    My client is a Corporate Hospitality provider located in the heart of Paris who is looking for a hands-on sales professional to join the team. Working as part of the sales team you will be responsible for winning new clients, managing existing clients and increasing revenues.

    You will receive extensive training, support and development to become a top performer within the business. An excellent opportunity for a career minded individual.

    THE POSITION:

    • Working as part of the Global Sales team you will be responsible for the revenue generation
    • Targeting mid to corporate sized companies within the region to consultatively sell the property
    • Achieve 8 good quality appointments per week
    • Managing existing clients to ensure high quality of services, cross sells, upsells and generally increase revenue spends
    • Develop strategic partnerships within defined industry sectors
    • Develop a list of the top 20 revenue accounts
    • Implementation of Sales and Marketing strategy and development of internal procedures and systems
    • Liaison with international feeder markets to enable effective cross-selling
    • Implementation of new strategies to develop untapped international markets
    • Responsible for sales & marketing sales activities, budget, and PR along with General Manager & Sales Director
    • Complete quarterly action plans and review with the Sales Director
    • Send monthly Sales Reports to the Sales Director and GM regarding activity, local knowledge and events
    • Review weekly reports and discuss missed goals with GM
    • Attend internal meetings to monitor and assess the sales strategies for Paris and the portfolio.

    THE PERSON:

    • A minimum of 3 years sales experience within Hotels primarily in new business development and account management
    • Ability to demonstrate previous experience of selling to Mid, Large Corporate businesses
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Persuasive, firm, well mannered, good negotiator
    • Work in a team and confident
    • Work effectively in the field - high sales activity required
    • Sensitive to Customers' Needs and Requirements
    • Competitive and Driven
