THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnered with a leading Manufacturing business in Inverness. They're going through extensive growth and looking to hire a Finance Manager to join a busy finance team of 6 and support the FD and in running the entire Finance function. The Finance Manager will be responsible for;
FINANCE MANAGER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Preparation of monthly consolidated accounts for all stakeholders
- Management information and KPI reporting to senior management
- Motivate, lead and support finance team members
- Provision of information for the quarterly reporting packs for the Group Consolidation in accordance with the reporting timetables
- Oversee the annual audit process and the preparation of the Financial Statements in accordance with the agreed timetable for the specific legal entities within the development project
- Supporting and leading change programmes, helping to support the Finance Director and finance team to deliver a step change improvement in processes
FINANCE MANAGER DESIRED SKILLS:
- ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- Strong Excel skills or experience using an ERP system - NetSuite or Epicor
- 3 years in a similar role - supporting the head of finance
THE FINANCE MANAGER WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO £50,000 BASE + BENEFITS
