We have a great Opportunity for experienced Events Sales Executive to work with one of Manchester's most reputable employers.
The role of the Events Sales Executive is primarily to retain and expand upon the existing client portfolio and work alongside the Sales and Account Management team to achieve financial and strategic goals.
- Work towards individual and team based goals and targets
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients and maximise opportunities across the current client portfolio
- Develop and deploy a sales strategy to attract and secure new clients
- Attend meetings with clients to establish and strengthen relationships and close business
- Accurately record all activity and maintain an up to date client database
- Work closely with other departments such as operations and finance to ensure a smooth transition for clients
- Previous experience within a similar Sales / Business Development / Account Management role within Events / Hospitality is essential
- Proven track record of achieving targets across new business and account management
- Confident to sell to clients at all levels
- Able to self-motivate and work as part of a vibrant sales team
