    DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

    MANCHESTER

    UP TO £22,000 + Excellent Benefits + Training

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    An exciting opportunity for an experienced Database Administrator to join an expanding team to provide tailored and customer focused service to a variety of clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintaining and developing HR IT systems
    • Contributing to HR Management system projects
    • Complete analysis on various statistics such as annual and quarterly figures, audits and tender processes
    • Develop systems to support new standard processes being implemented
    • Ensure the HR system is being used effectively
    • Act as the main point of contact for all database related queries
    • Collect, produce and distribute KPIs to support the analysis of problems within the business and enable effective solutions to be agreed
    • Maintain the HR shared drive and intranet with regular data cleansing
    • Liaise with internal colleagues regarding social media presence

    THE PERSON:

    • Experience within a similar Administration based role
    • Confident communication skills on a written and verbal basis
    • Excellent IT skills
    • Analytical approach
