    The client I am recruiting for is accredited by the FCA and due to business growth have some exciting opportunities to train and develop the next generation of Customer Service Advisors!

    They work in the financial services industry and have a high volume of work on going, ranging from loans to insurance products.

    We are able to offer you a competitive salary along with full training and development programs to ensure that you provide a quality customer service experience for each and every case.


    • Managing inbound calls providing the customer with the details of their application
    • Post application processes, chasing letters
    • Arranging collection of Premiums
    • Manage the claims process
    • Complete collections duties as and when required
    • Review policy documents


    • Any customer service experience will be considered
    • Having experience in a similar role or environment is desirable
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic
    • Able to multi-task and be flexible for working hours
