THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working exclusively with a growing software business, based in Manchester. They're looking to hire a Credit Control to join a busy Accounts team of 4 and report into the Financial Controller.
CREDIT CONTROL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Reviewing invoice details generated by the ordering systems and verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Processing invoices into Xero.
- Ensuring correct allocation of invoice collection dates and methods
- Daily cash allocations to customer accounts.
- Chase any overdue accounts to ensure prompt receipt of cash.
- Report on aging balances and make recommendations for accounts to be put on hold or closed.
- Build relationships with operational business teams to collaboratively resolve customer billing and account queries.
- Month end reporting tasks.
- Any ad-hoc tasks or analysis as required.
- Assisting in creating and improving current processes.
CREDIT CONTROL DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Xero experience desirable
- Intermediate MS Excel
- Credit Control / Accounts Receivable experience of 2 years +
FOR THIS THE CREDIT CONTROLLER WILL RECEIVE A COMPETITIVE SALARY OF UP TO £24,000 BASE + BENEFITS
