Get Recruited are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in London who, due to exponential growth, are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join their sales team.
You will be responsible for developing existing client relationships and increasing revenue within your region. Specialising in office supplies, my clients products typically include stationary, office furniture and printed products.
This role would suit a hungry, dedicated individual who has experience selling into the office supplies / furniture / stationary industries
- As the Business Development Manager, you will be contacting new and existing clients within the office supplies / furniture / stationary industries
- Investigating new areas of business to target & increase revenues
- Provide accurate, detailed & cost-effective quotations
- Source new suppliers obtain quotations and technical detail
- Complete contract negotiations for projects & contracts sales
- Checking and authorising quotes
- Creating board reports and sales pipelines
- Finding the most cost effective & robust solutions for client's requirements
- Attending networking events
- Previous experience within a Business Development / Account Management / Telesales / Sales Executive role is essential
- Experience within the Print / Photocopy / Office Supplier / Stationary / Furniture
- Demonstrable track record in hitting sales targets and key objections
- Calm under pressure
- Able to use own initiative
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Extremely organised
- Good telephone manner and inter personal skills
- Computer literate
