Business Development Manager - Serviced Apartments

£30,000 basic + Excellent OTE and benefits

The Company:

Our client provides high-quality corporate housing. Their client database ranges from big banks and law firms, to tech and pharmaceutical companies who require housing for employees due to relocation, secondment or projects. They have operated in London for over 10 years and are currently going Global... which is where you come in!

A Senior Business Development Executive who is required to generate new business opportunities for the Company, research and identify new prospects using media, internet, social media, walk around and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow the company sales process to develop the database of qualified prospects by: cold calling, networking, building strategic partnerships and re-calling database sources, to achieve sales targets
  • Responsibility for a number of key accounts and manage them effectively to ensure loyalty and future sales growth
  • Ensure that all data regarding the account is accurately recorded on the Company CRM system
  • To keep the BDM and Head of Sales informed of market intelligence and report business risks and opportunities as early as possible.
  • Attend New Business client meetings/viewings of properties

Essentials:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Outbound B2B telesales experience essential
  • Proven track record of working to and exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Organised
  • Self-motivated
  • Enthusiastic
  • Professional attitude at all times
