BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
UP TO £31,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION
Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading company based in Chessington who, due to continued growth, are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.
As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for growing the business by making outbound calls to new and existing customers, whilst converting inbound leads.
If you are from a telesales, account management, new business, business development background and are able to offer a consultative approach to sales, then send your CV in for immediate consideration!
- Identify and target new clients through multiple sources
- Arrange appointments to present and sell company services
- Establish and maintain rapport with new and existing clients
- Offer a consultative approach, informing them about the range of products and services
- Negotiating contracts before closing the sale
- Update the CRM with lead data, keeping records of calls and useful information
- Liaise with internal departments within the company to ensure that all customer requirements are met
- A proven track record in a telesales, account management, new business, business development role is essential
- Ability to work towards targets and KPI's
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under your own initiative
- Good IT skills
