BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
**£19,000 PLUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION**
Get-Recruited is working with an established leisure company who are looking at expanding on their sales team.
As a sales executive, you will be calling potential new companies selling the range of products the company provides.
Candidate must have a strong B2B Sales background to apply and must have a strong interest in fittness.
- Calling companies selling the range of products there is to offer
- Self-lead generation, identifying new opportunities
- Staying on top of KPI's and achieving these
- To be responsible for managing allocated territories
- To ensure you are offering excellent customer service skills at all times
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and establish long term relationships
- Increase sales opportunities with continuous business
- Ensure that the database of customers and their contact details are up to date
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of sales objectives
- To attend shows and exhibitions that promote the company
- Take responsibility for one's own continuing professional development
- Minimum of 2 years telephone sales experience
- Interest in sports/fitness is essential
- Experience dealing with a customer service focus
- Not afraid to work towards targets and KPI's
- Outgoing, bubbly, confident
- Must be enthusiastic and willing to work hard
- Excellent communication skills
