My client is a national provider of voice and data communication packages, including telephone systems, contact centre solutions, fixed and wireless data networks, network services and cabling systems. My client offers the most advanced and versatile products on the market and has enjoyed sustained growth each year since its establishment 25 years ago.
- Prospecting clients via the phone, selling the companies wide range of products.
- Working with the Sales Director to build knowledge of the industry.
- Speaking to dormant or lapsed company accounts reselling the value of the company's services
- Maintaining a well organised diary and sales pipeline
- Eventually visiting client sites advising them accordingly.
- Coordinating with other members of the sales team for all inbound enquiries as well as sales strategy.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Some form of direct sales background either in contact centre, IT or B2B environment
- Confident selling skills both face to face and on the phone.
- The ability to take on board skill and learn quickly
- Someone who takes pride in what they do and puts the customer first.
- Persistent and able to handle objections.
- Able to take on a lot of new information easily and efficiently
- Full UK driving license
