Get Recruited is working with a well-established company who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their successful team.
As an Administrator you will be working alongside the Logistics Manager to provide full administrative support to the department.
- Liaising with suppliers via e-mail and telephone to advise delivery details
- Supporting the Sales and Procurement teams
- Using in house software to record and update details
- Matching invoices to jobs for payment sign off
- Booking in deliveries with customers
- Creating purchase orders and sales orders
- Setting up and saving emailed documentation into folders
- Collating information from overseas offices
- Must have previous office/administration experience
- Confident to adapt to new systems and software
- Excellent administration and communication skills
