Get Recruited are currently recruiting on behalf of highly successful business who are looking for an ambitious Administrator to join the company and support them through their expansion and continued success.
Based close to Wembley, my client are a flexible employer offering excellent benefits and incentives and the opportunity to work as part of a highly ambitious, fun an hard working team.
- Liaising with customers and colleagues
- Updating internal systems with stock information
- Managing the administration process for incoming goods
- Communicating with and placing orders with suppliers
- Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating preferable rates
- Processing new orders
- Managing and maintaining the stock management system
- Support various departments such as HR, Marketing and Finance
- Experience within an Administration or Office based role is essential
- Confident to use Microsoft Excel and Word to an intermediate level
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to manage a busy and varied workload
- Excellent work ethic
