We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join an expanding Accounts team.
The role of the Accounts Assistant is primarily to work within a busy accounts team assisting with accounting and administration duties.
- Generating sales invoices
- Assisting with credit control
- Inputting purchase invoices and matching purchase orders
- Bank reconciliations
- Working alongside the Management Accountant on financial reporting and daily tasks
- Handling customer queries
- Providing general administration support to the Accounts department
- Previous experience within an all-round Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administration role is essential
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 50
- AAT qualifications are desirable
- Excellent PC skills
- Confident to manage a busy and varied workload
