Get Recruited is working with a well-established and expanding company based in Horsfield who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Accounts team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a fun and vibrant team covering a variety of the Accounts functions.
- Processing the weekly Payroll of around 60 members of staff using Sage Payroll
- Processing and inputting supplier invoices on Sage
- Credit Control and managing the ledger
- Processing customer refunds
- Bank Reconciliations
- Purchase Ledger
- Processing VAT Returns
- Providing general Administration support to the wider Accounts team
- Previous experience within a varied Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Admin role is essential
- Strong working knowledge of Sage and Sage Payroll
- Able to work with minimal supervision
