    Up to £20,000 + Excellent Benefits

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    Get Recruited is working with a well-established, due to expansion are looking to recruit an experience Accounts and Finance Assistant.

    We are looking for an experienced and hardworking individual to join the team. A role has arisen for an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Using Sage and Process invoices onto the purchase ledger
    • Compile monthly and quarterly reporting information
    • Monitor debtors and produce statements to ensure any overdue payments are highlighted
    • Maintain customer accounts and obtain credit reports when necessary
    • Reconcile all inter-company accounts within sales and purchase ledgers#
    • Produce VAT returns and Credit control duties
    • Handling cash allocation and dealing with customer queries

    THE PERSON:

    • Must have previous experience in a similar role
    • Have a proactive approach and an excellent work ethic
    • Experience in using SAGE and strong Excel skills will be beneficial
    • AAT qualified or Studying towards an advantage
    • Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks an advantage
