Our client is an industry leader in the telecoms industry and due to continued success, they are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join their rapidly expanding team in their Coventry office.
The role is perfect for someone with B2B account management/sales/new business experience who is looking to join a nationally recognised brand with fantastic opportunities to progress your career.
- Building strong relationships with clients and supporting them through their journey with the company
- Liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure they receive an excellent service
- Following up on enquires passed over from field engineers
- Taking inbound calls from clients and assisting them with queries
- Where relevant, arranging for Field Sales Executives to meet with clients
- Upselling and cross-selling products
- Previous B2B sales/new business/account management/telesales experience
- Experience/ knowledge of the telecoms industry is desirable
- Driven, self-motivated individual
- Strong relationship building and negotiating skills
